This album is the second Maxi's Pop album. Still mixing Reggae and Pop Music, Fe Real is FOR REAL!!

The first track "Can't Turn Away" is about the World. This is a Pop song again. But Maxi still shows his magnificent voice, his R'N'B and touching voice. There is even a part in the song where Maxi sings Hip-Hop. There is a Rapper who sings in this song. The second "Promises" has a Reggae riddim. In this album, Maxi chose female chorists. The third, Just Wanna Know is a UK Mix. A love and Pop song. During this album, we can hear something sounding like the previous album Bonafide. The nineties made Maxi enter in a new music phase!! It first started with the album Bonafide (look at the Bonafide album).
The fourth song Groovin' In The Midnight was a Hit. When you listen to this song, you seem to be in another world, in the nature by night or in the sea... wherever!
The fifth song is a fresh song with a Reggae Riddim, Make My Day. This song is a duet with a Ragga singer. Maxi shows his love again... We can here trumpets, it is so nice to hear!
You make my day, Oh yeah!! You make my sunshine in the rain...

The sixth song Ten To Midnight shows the beauty of the night, it is like Groovin' In The Midnight. You are in the night, for a Midnight Rendez-vous with your loving one, during the freshness and the beauty of the night. Maxi has always been a romantic and a lover in his songs. We can say he is so poetic...
One More Chance was also a big hit. Maxi is appologizing himself to his girl-friend, he wants another chance!
This song is very beautiful. If you are in the same situation than Maxi, say the same things to your loving one!

The eighth song, Sublime is simply sublime!! It is the best song in this album for me, it would make me cry! The song starts with the guitar playing during 56 seconds and after the music starts and the song begins. It is more an instrumental song even if we can hear Maxi. There is a beautiful melody that brings you somewhere else, it almost touches your heart. The lyrics and the music are sublime, you have to listen to it to realize. We can hear different voices of Maxi singing at the same time or after. This is a ballad. Sublime...

Amazed Are We and Hard To Get are the last songs. Both are Reggae songs, I mean, they have Reggae Riddims.

I would say this album brings you all over the world!! To magnificent places, to the nature in wild forests... This album is fabulous and it is for real!! It is a magnificent Maxi album!!
